Espresso Balsamic Vinegar

This aged Balsamic Vinegar is amazingly complex, with layers of authentic espresso and dark roasted coffee. It makes a fantastic glaze or bar-b-que base for pork, beef or chicken.  Sauté mushrooms in this balsamic to add over a grilled steak.  Use as a marinade for portobello mushrooms.  And definitely try this balsamic drizzled over vanilla ice cream or Greek yogurt.  Great in cocktails, too!
