Whole Fruit Lemon Fused Olive Oil

Our first ever Portuguese Lemon Olive Oil is made with early harvest Cobrancosa and Arbosana olives and Eureka lemons sourced from the sunny Algarve (Portugal’s southernmost region on the Atlantic Ocean). The resulting citrusy fusion is floral, slightly sweet and creamy. Perfect for baking and fabulous in marinades and dressings. Drizzle over roasted, steamed or sauteed vegetables. Pair with Blueberry, Raspberry, Fig or Pomegranate dark balsamic. Pair with Honey Ginger, Lychee or Cascadian Raspberry white balsamic.
